Human Support
When the AI hands over, a person from our team takes it on, in your name. This page says who they are, when they work and where they sit.

Every AI reaches a point where a person has to take over. The only question is who that person is and how long your guest waits for them.
In most properties the answer is: the front desk, once it has a moment. At 10pm on a Saturday that often means tomorrow.
Human Support is the answer to that. Our team takes on the conversations the AI hands over, in your name and by your house rules.
We never bill per handover
That is the most important line on this page, which is why it is at the top.
A vendor who bills per escalation has a reason to escalate less often. That is not an accusation against anyone, it is simply the direction such a contract pulls in. And it pulls exactly where it hurts: at the guest who actually needed a person.
So the number of handovers here is unlimited and costs nothing extra. There is no ticket fee. Whether the AI hands over ten conversations a month or a thousand does not change the invoice.
Who takes over, and where
A team that knows your house rules and answers in your name. Not a call centre opening a fresh script on every call.
Offshore is the standard. A team based in the EU is available on request.
We write that plainly because it is the question German properties ask first, and because the answer changes the price. The EU team is offered, not advertised: it is quoted rather than picked from a list. If you need it, say so in the first conversation, not the third.
When
Monday to Sunday, 3pm to 2am. That is 77 hours a week, all year, public holidays included.
Those hours are placed deliberately: it is the time guests write in and the time a front desk is thinnest. Late afternoon, the evening, the hours after midnight.
Within that window the first human reply arrives within three minutes.
Outside it the AI is still reachable, around the clock, as always. What it cannot handle becomes a ticket, and the ticket has a deadline. We do not claim a person answers at four in the morning, because that would not be true.
On which channels
WhatsApp, web chat, email and social. The channels people write on.
For the phone there is the Human Call Desk as a separate option: a guaranteed callback rather than a transferred call. That is more honest than promising to put every caller straight through to a person, and it is often the better outcome for the guest.
What happens when a person takes over
The AI goes quiet. On every channel alike.
That is a single place in the code where this state is written, deliberately: as long as each channel kept its own rule, sooner or later one of them would carry on talking while a person was already replying. To the guest that looks like talking to two people who know nothing about each other.
The guest does not have to repeat anything. The person taking over sees the whole conversation, the reservation and the open tickets attached to it.
Limits
We are not your front desk. We answer guest questions, take requests and open cases. We do not check anyone in, we do not issue keys, and we decide nothing that costs your property money unless you have set the rule for it.
Only as good as your house rules. The team answers in your name, so it needs your answers: cancellation rules, breakfast times, what is allowed in response to a complaint. We do that setup with you, and it is the part that takes work.
Not self-serve. This is quoted rather than ticked in a checkout, and the desk has a minimum. The reason is mundane: a team has to be staffed, and for that we need to know how busy you are.
The difference
Most vendors sell either software or people.
Buy software, and every exception lands on your own team, usually in the evening. Buy a call centre, and you are paying people to do things a machine does better, and they still do not know your property.
Here it is one chain: the same house rules, the same inbox, the same tickets. The AI does the routine, a person does the exception, and the guest notices nothing about the transition except that they were helped.
