Consumer dispute resolution
Hunzi Systems GmbH provides its services exclusively to businesses (§ 14 BGB) and legal entities under public law. No contract is concluded with consumers (§ 13 BGB).
There is therefore no obligation to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board under § 36 VSBG; Hunzi Systems GmbH is also not willing to do so.
