How the price for the Human Desk is worked out.
Only Complete plus carries a staffed desk. This is what you are paying for.
15:00 to 02:00, every day. One person handles four conversations at once, about 617 rooms a shift.
A fixed cost to brief the team on your house rules, plus an amount that grows with your rooms.
People on shift cost the same whichever term you pick. Everything else discounts normally.
Guest data stays in Frankfurt. Our people work under EU Standard Contractual Clauses and are named in your DPA.

What hoteliers want to know first.
Because it scales with rooms. A 25-room guesthouse gets a fraction of the messages a 90-room hotel does, so it pays a fraction of the price. Most of our competitors charge both the same.
Barely, and never by surprise. The first 20% over your included volume is free, anything past that is charged at the rate printed above, and your overage can never exceed your monthly base. On the managed plans the human desk is genuinely unlimited: no per-conversation charge, no per-escalation charge, however hard the week gets.
Yes, from Voice. Your OTA threads land in the same inbox as everything else and are answered from the same PMS-backed information: arrival times, parking, late check-out, upselling. On Connect the guest emails Booking.com forwards are still sorted and answered as email; what Voice adds is the Booking.com threads themselves (Expedia and Airbnb are planned). OTA messages count against the same allowance as any other channel. There is no separate OTA fee.
The AI still answers, it never sleeps. Anything it cannot finish becomes a ticket for your morning, or a callback booked for the next covered hour.
Because we price EU staffing at what it actually costs us, no markup, and we are still finalising those rates. Publishing a number now would mean correcting it later. Ask us and you will get the figure together with the calculation behind it.

The 15-room price: that is the smallest plan we sell. Connecting your PMS, building your knowledge base, setting you up and looking after you costs us the same whether you have six rooms or fifteen. But you are not paying for rooms you do not have and then getting less: you land properly on the 15-room plan, including the full message and minute allowance, which is generous for a house of that size. Above 15 rooms every further room is charged individually: no tiers, no jumps.
