What hoteliers want to know first.
Because it scales with rooms. A 25-room guesthouse gets a fraction of the messages a 90-room hotel does, so it pays a fraction of the price. Most of our competitors charge both the same.
Barely, and never as a surprise. The first 20% over your allowance is free, everything above that costs the rate shown above, and the overage can never exceed your monthly base fee.
Yes, from Complete. Your OTA threads land in the same inbox as everything else and are answered from the same PMS-backed information: arrival times, parking, late check-out, upselling. Complete also answers the guest emails Booking.com forwards, as email. Expedia and Airbnb are planned. OTA messages count against the same allowance as any other channel. There is no separate OTA fee.

The 15-room price: that is the smallest plan we sell. Connecting your PMS, building your knowledge base, setting you up and looking after you costs us the same whether you have six rooms or fifteen. But you are not paying for rooms you do not have and then getting less: you land properly on the 15-room plan, including the full message and minute allowance, which is generous for a house of that size. Above 15 rooms every further room is charged individually: no tiers, no jumps.
